Area Manager – TC Facilities Management

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites within our organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, managing operations, and building strong customer relationships.

As an Area Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for day‑to‑day service delivery across your area. You’ll support on‑site teams, ensure high standards, and act as the key link between our colleagues and our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting structured site visits to ensure service standards are consistently met

• Building strong customer relationships through open communication and regular engagement

• Coaching and supporting on‑site teams to deliver excellent service

• Managing rotas, reviewing hours, and maintaining budget control

• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and training across your area

• Reviewing audits, identifying improvements, and taking action

• Ensuring colleagues have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to succeed

• Maintaining compliance with company processes, policies, and standards

• 40 hours, 5 out of 7 flexible. May include weekends.
