HR Business Partner
Department: HR
Reporting to: HR Director
Salary: £47,500 per annum + Car Allowance
Working Arrangement: Remote, with national travel as needed
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Field-Based HR Business Partner to join our fast paced business. Within this strategic role you will work closely with operational teams to embed our people-focused initiatives throughout the business whilst driving HR strategies and fostering talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and developing HR strategies to support those goals.
- TUPE:
Managing end to end TUPE process, ensuring compliance with current legislation & regulations.
- Succession Planning:
By working with business leaders you will identify high-potential colleagues, create development plans, and ensure a pipeline of qualified/experienced leaders for future roles.
- Performance Management
Supporting managers in performance reviews, providing coaching on performance improvement, and implementing performance management processes
- Change Management:
Developing and implementing change management strategies ensuring engagement with key stakeholders, whilst identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the change.
- Escalated ER processes:
Managing escalated employee relations (ER) cases, for complex, sensitive, and high-risk situations. Providing expert guidance, support, and recommendations to managers and stakeholders, ensuring cases are resolved in a timely and legally compliant manner.
- Coaching mentoring:
Ensuring that managers have the skills and confidence to effectively lead their teams, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the business.
- Training:
Developing and delivering training programs tailored to the specific needs of the business ensuring you are embedding new knowledge and skills into our teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally as required.
- A creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving and change management.
