We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team at a busy site in Spondon, Derbyshire. This role is based within a fast-paced distribution and food production environment, offering the chance to play a key role in delivering high standards of service and operational excellence.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our services on-site, leading a team of colleagues, and ensuring that operational, compliance, and customer expectations are consistently met.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused leader to take ownership of a key site and help drive continuous improvement within a dynamic operation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of TCFM services on-site, ensuring they meet customer expectations
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of colleagues
- Ensuring high standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational performance
- Building strong working relationships with the customer and responding effectively to any issues
- Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across the site
- Managing rotas, resources, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- Proven management experience, ideally within Facilities Management, Distribution, or Food Production environments
- Experience leading and developing teams in a busy operational setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
- A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and deliver results
Desirable:
- IOSH qualification
- Knowledge of facilities management or related industries
