Major Accountabilities Include but not limited to:
. Provide a positive front - of - house experience for colleagues, visitors and contractors
. Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure high standards are maintained. Conduct monthly cleaning audits in collaboration with the TCFM area cleaning manager and address issues or improvements.
. Monitor and manage contractors working on site, ensuring compliance with health, safety and security protocols.
. Support security operations, including access controller, responsible for assisting in managing fire drills and real emergency events. Coordinate with fire wardens and emergency services, lead evacuation and reoccupation procedures and produce post - incident reports for the facilities team.
. Manage incoming and outging post and deliveries efficiently
. Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing and customer service at all times.
. Maintain accurate records and reporting through systems provided
. Actiely engage with training and development opportunities to maintain competence across all aspects of the role.
Experience, Skill and Qualifications.
IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable), SIA License - Security Guarding (Minimum), Experience supervising cleaning or facilities teams
Knowledge of fire safety and evacuation coordination, Strong IT and systems user skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in contractor management (Desirable) First aid qualification ( Essential), Full UK driving license (Essential).
