Location: Covering sites between Leeds, Wakefield & Hull
Salary: £28,900 + company vehicle

About the Role:
TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Leeds, Wakefield, and Hull area. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a dedicated team of operatives to ensure exceptional service delivery standards.

What will you be doing?

• Supervising and supporting a team of multi-service operatives to maintain high standards and meet audit requirements.
• Managing cleaning and waste operative duties across multiple sites.
• Completing decontamination cleans as required.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with site contacts and customers.
• Overseeing and signing off necessary paperwork.
• Ensuring all cleaning materials and equipment are available, operational, and used safely.
• Ensuring periodical cleaning tasks are completed to the required specification.
• Maintaining shift handover records and managing effective communication.
• Addressing first-stage HR and employee relations matters.
• Training, inducting, and supporting staff in their roles, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
