Join Our Team as a Payroll Officer!
Are you a payroll pro with an eye for detail and a knack for teamwork? TC Facilities Management is looking for a Payroll Officer to join our team at Head Office in Tadworth, supporting our fortnightly and four-weekly payrolls under the guidance of our Payroll Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries.
- Process new starters and leavers efficiently.
- Conduct thorough checks before finalising payrolls.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation within the team.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including HMRC submissions.
- Take on additional duties as directed by the Payroll Manager.

- Colleagues across various departments
- Human Resources, Finance, and other Head Office departments
- Operations managers
- Payroll provider and third-party providers
Role Requirements:
- CIPP qualified to level 3 or willing to pursue qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Comfortable with digital tools and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Competent understanding of PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, Attachment of Earnings, and manual calculations.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in basic Word skills and intermediate/advanced Excel.
- Appreciation for teamwork and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience with processing multiple payroll frequencies is advantageous.
