Working pattern: Based in our Head Office in Tadworth Surrey

At TCFM, we’re continuing to grow our commercial cleaning business and we’re looking for an experienced Subcontract Manager.

The role

In this role, you’ll lead strategic subcontractor and relationship management across a diverse portfolio delivering a mix of cleaning and related services. The focus is on building strong, effective partnerships with key subcontractors while holding them to account for performance, value and risk.

The role also requires development of relationships with our operational teams and where possible our customers to identify and develop additional sales and service opportunities utilising our sub-contractor skill sets.

You’ll work closely with subcontractors to improve delivery, drive additional value beyond the contract, and ensure the business is getting the right outcomes for the money it’s spending. Alongside this, you’ll actively manage risk, protect continuity of supply, and ensure commercial arrangements are delivering as intended.

The role will require you to act as the primary liaison between internal project teams and external subcontractors running the projects on customer sites.

You’ll be expected to use sound judgement, including taking measured commercial risks where it leads to better outcomes.
