We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team at a busy site in Spondon, Derbyshire. This role is based within a fast-paced distribution and food production environment, offering the chance to play a key role in delivering high standards of service and operational excellence.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our services on-site, leading a team of colleagues, and ensuring that operational, compliance, and customer expectations are consistently met.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused leader to take ownership of a key site and help drive continuous improvement within a dynamic operation.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the day-to-day delivery of TCFM services on-site, ensuring they meet customer expectations
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of colleagues
Ensuring high standards of compliance, health & safety, and operational performance
Building strong working relationships with the customer and responding effectively to any issues
Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across the site
Managing rotas, resources, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

Proven management experience, ideally within Facilities Management, Distribution, or Food Production environments
Experience leading and developing teams in a busy operational setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
A proactive approach with the ability to solve problems and deliver results

Desirable:

IOSH qualification
Knowledge of facilities management or related industries
