Salary: £35,000 per annum + Company Car or Car Allowance

Hours: 42 hours per week, worked over 6 days
TC Facilities Management are looking for a proactive and experienced Area Manager to join our Cleaning division, supporting a diverse portfolio of multi-site, multi-contract locations across the North West and North Wales region.
This role spans a broad geographical area, including major urban centres and surrounding towns, requiring strong planning, leadership and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistent service standards, developing high-performing teams and maintaining excellent client relationships across your region.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to an experienced operational manager who thrives in a varied environment.
What will you be doing?As an Area Manager, you will:
Lead and manage multiple cleaning teams across a varied portfolio of sites and contracts
Drive consistent service delivery and high standards across all locations
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
Recruit, train, develop and motivate colleagues to achieve excellent results
Monitor KPIs and operational performance, implementing improvements where required
Carry out audits in line with company policies and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Manage budgets, staffing hours and resources effectively across your area
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, statutory requirements and company processes
Ensure sites are suitably equipped with materials and machinery
Support wider regional operations and attend regular management meetings
