Sales and Solutions Manager (North)
Location: Ideally based Midlands (Birmingham) or Manchester
Salary: £65,000 + £5,100 car allowance
Working pattern: Field-based with regular travel. Expectation to attend HQ/London at least once per month
At TCFM, we’re continuing to grow our commercial cleaning business and we’re looking for an experienced Sales and Solutions Manager to help drive that growth across the North.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on winning new business, developing strong customer relationships and delivering commercially sound, well-thought-through solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Operational teams to convert opportunities into long-term, sustainable contracts.
The role
Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying and converting new business opportunities in line with our growth strategy. This will include leading customer meetings, producing tailored proposals and managing bids from start to finish.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting the retention and growth of existing contracts, spotting opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell across TCFM’s wider service offering.
