Join TCFM as a Senior Supervisor – Milton Keynes (Cleaning)

Overview

TCFM is seeking a dedicated Senior Supervisor to lead an onsite cleaning team at a busy distribution centre in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent role offering £14.37 per hour, working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends).

Your Role

As a Senior Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise a team of multi-service operatives to ensure cleaning and waste duties are delivered on schedule, to specification, and within budget—aiming for high audit performance (“green audits”).
  • Foster positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their expectations are met while adhering to defined specifications.
  • Support the Site Manager by completing audits accurately and on time, resolving any issues as needed.
  • Handle all required documentation promptly and precisely, including sign-offs for completed tasks.
  • Maintain and ensure availability of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring safe and proper usage.
  • Oversee periodical cleans and decontamination as required, ensuring they meet specifications and receive customer sign-off.
  • Ensure colleagues are correctly uniformed and represent the TCFM brand professionally.
  • Manage shift handovers, including handover logs and confirming colleague attendance.
  • Conduct return-to-work interviews and manage first-stage HR and employee relations matters, in line with TCFM policies and with support from HR, always respecting diversity.
  • Assist with recruiting multi-service colleagues, respecting TCFM’s recruitment standards and protocols.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring colleagues are paid accurately and on time, following time and pay process requirements.
  • Lead inductions and training: ensuring colleagues understand their role, TCFM values, policies, procedures, and health & safety/COSHH guidance.
  • Adhere to all TCFM policies and procedures, and attend meetings and training as required.

  • Report health & safety incidents or concerns promptly and accurately.
