Working Cleaning Supervisor – Grantham Services

🕒 Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7
💰 Salary: £13.21 per hour
🚗 Own transport helpful due to site location

About the Role
TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall Grantham motorway service station.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas – including public toilets and shower facilities.

You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.

Shifts may include: 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, or 10:00 – 18:00
(Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.)

What You'll Need

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Own vehicle – due to the location, there is no public transport access
