Primary Purpose:
|
You will be based predominately within the Watford area tasked with covering 2 sites ( WFC Training Ground & WFC Stadium ) but may be required to travel elswhere within the portfolio whenever your availability allows milage will be paid. Working within the Security Support Team on a zero hours basis, to attend sites as directed, complete site patrols, utilise technology and provide emergency guarding to meet customer needs due to surge demand from sites. SIA Guarding or Door Supervisor license required CCTV would be an advantage. MUST BE A DRIVER WITH ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that colleagues, customers and the public have a positive experience when engaging with Security.
- Complete planned rota and agreed shifts to provide security cover to meet customer needs.
- Utilise TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents/ alarms.
- Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks and accident/ near miss reporting.
- Secure the property of customers, employees and visitors secure at all times.
- Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle or object.
- Respond to unplanned events or incidences promptly, following the process and procedures outlined in the site Assignment Instructions.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Engage with training & development activity provided, ensuring you have the skills to complete your tasks.
- Complete Site Visits to validate security standards, report risks and promote security compliance.
- Complete vehicle inspections, ensure that the vehicle is safe and maintained at all times.
